Prerequisites: CIS 110. It is the CIS department's policy that if the prerequisites is not satisfied, you cannot take the course. Please, make sure that you meet the prerequisites for this course.
 
Credits: 4 credits.

Objectives: The objective of this course is to teach students how to design, organize, and maintain the documents and data that make up a website. The main emphasis in this course will be on HTML 3.2 and 4.0. Although many WYSIWYG tools can be used to create pages, it is intended that much of the work be produced without the help of any visual tools.  
 
Course Work: Assignments (5) @ 30%
Quizzes (3) @ 15%
Group Project - JavaScript @ 20%
Individual Final Project @ 35%
