Class Hrs:

  The Dec 11/99 (Saturday) class has been moved to Dec 18/99 (Saturday).

Exam:

  The final exam for HTML has been moved from Dec 2/99 (Thurs)
  to Dec 7/99 (Tuesday).

Quizes (JavaScript):

  Due to the flux of changes contained within this document the
  quizes for JavaScript have been rescheduled.

  New Dates:

    Chapter 7 - Dec 14/99
    Chapter 8 - Dec 18/99

Quizes (HTML):

  Due to a technical error Quiz #1 and #2 were lost. The database
  could not be recovered. In order to compensate for the missing
  quizes and fairly collect marks, students have the option of
  changing the weighting of the final/quizes.

  As a result the following options are available:

    Option 1 (leave as is):

       Quiz 25%
       Final 25%

    Option 2 (alter weighting):

       Quiz 10%
       Final 40%
 
  ** Deadline for choosing an option is Dec 2/99. **

Assignments:

  There has been insufficient time during the HTML to complete assignments in
  addition to the checkpoint assignments. As a result, you are presented
  with two choices (pick one!): 

  1. You can alter the % weighting for assignments & checkpoints. Currently
     the assignments are worth 15% and checkpoints are worth 35%. You can
     choose to apply the additional 15% (grade) to the checkpoints increasing
     it from 35% to 50%.

  2. You can choose to do the assignments. Those opting to do the assignments
     can complete them anytime prior and including Jan 4/2000. Opting to do
     the assignments will leave the percentages at 35% and 15% for the
     checkpoints and assignments respectively.

     Assignments:

     1) Complete case problems 1 & 2 on pp 4.47 - 4.48. (tables)
     2) Complete case problems 1 & 2 on pp 3.46 - 3.52. (image maps)
     3) Complete case problems 1 & 2 on pp 5.34 - 5.36. (frames)
     4) Complete case problems 1 & 2 on pp 6.42 - 6.44. (forms)
