Outline
of Changes
It
is helpful to have a screen shot printed of the pages to be
changed to help the client visualize these changes more effectively.
The
emphasis should be on the short-comings of the site and
possible changes to overcome these shortcomings.
Make
a list of the changes and additions and categorize them
into short term and long term goals.
Mock
up the changes on the screen shot copy and include them
in the report.
Get
the client feedback and have them sign off on the revisions.
