Visual Basic 6 is Microsoft's programming language that offers developers the ability to create applications that can reside on the client or on the server. This allows you to control what actions you want to run on the client and what actions are to run on the server. It gives you the ability to develop robust stand alone applications, games and utilities. Together with Active X technology, you can create Internet-enabled applications. As with Java Script or Java, Visual Basic can create a more interactive environment for each user that visits your site. |
