Quiz & Exam FAQ

Quizzes

The number of questions will vary depending on the topics being covered. Typical quizzes include
fifteen (15) questions and are about 20-25 minutes for allocated time.

Questions can include both multiple choice and true/false. Questions will be assigned through the
course test manager and marks will be given instantly upon completion. Answer keys will be provided
one (1) week after the quiz.

Multiple choice questions weight higher in the mark than true/false (M/C = 2marks, T/F = 1mark).
Please keep this in mind while writing the quiz.

Exams

The number of questions will vary depending on the topics being covered. Typical exams include
forty (40) questions and are about 60 minutes for allocated time.

Questions can include short answer, multiple choice, and true/false. Questions will be assigned through
the course test manager and marks will be given instantly upon completion. Answer keys will be provided
one (1) week after the exam.

The weighting for types of questions are as follows:

        Short Answer - 3 marks
        Multiple Choice - 2 marks
        True/False - 1 mark
